The House
A family built and family led house committed to creating a world where people feel safe, supported, and equipped to build better lives.
The House blends technology, education, culture, emotional strength, and long term vision to create systems that serve real human needs. What began in one home has grown into an international mission supported by a global team, aligned governments, partner companies, and foundations who believe in the same values of stability, dignity, and purpose.
We build tools that help people rise. We design environments where families can grow. We support leaders, children, and everyday individuals who want to build a better future with courage and heart.
Maison TergaDo is a collective of companies and initiatives created to protect, uplift, and empower people who often go unseen. Our work spans elite private ecosystems, personal digital systems, next generation engineering, luxury craftsmanship, and community support.
Purpose
Maison TergaDo was created from lived experience and the shared belief that the future must always remain human controlled, emotionally grounded, and built with intention. The House was born not from corporate plans, but from a family's decision to rebuild their lives after years of hardship, instability, and uncertainty.
Shane and Alexandra learned firsthand what happens when people do not have support, protection, or structure. They also learned how far a family can rise when they build their own foundation with clarity, unity, and strength.
This became the heart of Maison TergaDo.
We believe in a world where:
Our vision is simple and lasting. Build systems that protect people. Create platforms that back good people. Design environments where opportunity, compassion, and strength can live side by side.
Maison TergaDo is not a collection of brands. It is a promise to build the future with purpose.
Leadership
Co-Founders
Husband and Wife. Builders of the House.
Shane is an engineer and systems architect with more than a decade of experience in technology, design, and community work. His direction for Maison TergaDo comes from personal history, not theory.
He has lived through instability, carried the weight of rebuilding from nothing, and understands the challenges faced by families without support. Shane believes the future must be shaped with human intention, moral clarity, and practical design.
His role is to build systems that make life simpler, safer, and clearer for people who deserve a stable foundation.
Alexandra brings emotional insight, compassion, and human understanding to the House. Her life experience includes caregiving, trauma recovery, parenting, and supporting vulnerable individuals who needed structure, calm, and dignity.
She has supported people through their most fragile moments and steadied a household through years of uncertainty. Alexandra believes dignity is not something added at the end of a process, and that care has to be designed into a system from the start.
She shaped the emotional core of AskNoxe and the Smart Schools, ensuring the House protects emotional truth, mental safety, and the wellbeing of families and children.
As husband and wife, Shane and Alexandra guide Maison TergaDo with unity and balance. Their leadership blends structure and empathy, logic and heart, innovation and humanity. They share one mission: build systems that help people rise above their past and walk into a better future with confidence and support.
Maison TergaDo is strengthened by a multi-national team who carry the same belief in stability, integrity, and long term purpose. They come from different cultures and backgrounds, but share the House's commitment to creating tools that support human growth, emotional clarity, and community upliftment.
The House works alongside governments, organizations, educational institutions, companies, and foundations who believe in its mission. Together, this network forms a global movement that extends the House's values into schools, homes, communities, and industries around the world.
Timeline
A house built from resilience and vision.
Before Maison TergaDo existed, there was a family fighting to create stability out of chaos. Shane and Alexandra experienced firsthand what it means to live without protection, support, or security. Their story began with survival, rebuilding, and the decision to build something better for their children and for others in similar situations.
Through years of hardship, they learned what families truly need: clarity, safety, structure, emotional understanding, and tools that make life manageable, not overwhelming. This understanding became the spark for what would become the House.
As they rebuilt their own lives, Shane and Alexandra began developing systems, tools, and approaches that made daily life stronger and more stable. These early ideas became the seeds for what would later evolve into AskNoxe, Smart Schools, and the House's humanitarian mission.
Maison TergaDo was established as a commitment to build systems that protect people, back good individuals, and support families across different cultures and circumstances.
The House was created not as a business strategy, but as a promise.
Over time, mentors, specialists, volunteers, educators, engineers, and creators from around the world connected with the House. They joined because they believed in the mission, the values, and the family behind it.
Maison TergaDo grew into an international coalition, supported by partners in government, education, and humanitarian work. Its mission expanded to serve communities, children, families, and professionals across borders.
Maison TergaDo now stands as a symbol of clarity, compassion, purpose, and resilience. What began as a private family fight to create stability has become a worldwide movement dedicated to supporting people and building a better future.
The story is still being written. The House continues to grow as new tools, environments, and platforms are built to support people in their work, their families, and their personal journeys. Maison TergaDo will continue to create systems that help people not just survive, but become the best version of themselves.
