ΣigmaClava

The Mark of the Chosen Few

The future of human experience is a research problem.

The Thesis

ΣigmaClava is the human experience research house of Maison TergaDo. It researches, designs, and builds the systems people will live, learn, feel, and create inside, beginning from the human, not the machine.

Most AI research asks what machines can do. The rarer question is what living with them should be like, for a child learning, a family communicating, a mind that works differently than the software assumes. ΣigmaClava exists for that question, treating human experience, attention, emotion, learning, dignity, connection, as the primary research surface, and intelligence as the material.

We begin from the human, and build outward.

Programs of Inquiry

Term 01: Companionable Intelligence

How AI presences earn a place in family life: emotional regulation, trust, boundaries, and presence design.

Term 02: Neurodivergent-First Design

Interfaces and systems designed from AuDHD and neurodivergent cognition outward, rather than retrofitted.

Term 03: Learning as Experience

AI-shaped curricula and learning environments that adapt to the child, not the child to them.

Term 04: Sensory & Ambient Wellbeing

How environments, media, and machines can lower the human nervous system's cost of living.

Programs are long. We publish when there is something true to say.

Principles

01The human is the constant.

Technology is the variable. We never design a person around a system.

02Experience is evidence.

Lived experience, including neurodivergent experience, is primary data rather than an edge case.

03Nothing ungoverned.

Intelligence in our work is always named, bounded, and answerable to a human.

04Built things are arguments.

We research by building. A working system is our unit of publication.

05Understatement.

We claim what we can defend, and nothing else.

"We begin from the human, and build outward."

One family; separate mandates. ΣigmaClava is one house of Maison TergaDo.
